The long of it...

My legal career started when I began working for the biggest and most prestigious law firms in Los Angeles.
I counseled private equity and venture capital firms, Fortune 500s, and high-performing, household-name businesses to grow their bottom line through strategy, operational systems, and organizational development, all through a legal lens and (very) legally compliant and protected.

But I had to choose my mental and physical health over chasing a career of 'shoulds.'
When my mental and physical health at a near rock-bottom, I reclaimed my health and left my unfulfilling, boundary-less, toxic corporate law job to find purpose and passion with one belief driving me - that my education, experience, and expertise could never be taken away from me regardless of how prestigious the job or title, and that I could create impact for worthy business owners, who could use the same strategies and tactics as their Fortune 500 counterparts. 
So I went back to my athlete roots, taught fitness for some of the biggest brands in the industry, consulted household names in the health and wellness industries, and disrupted this space by inspiring health and wellness business owners to run their business like the Fortune 500s I used to work with. 
Through strategic advising and my legal expertise, I was integral to transforming some of the industry’s biggest brands to operate legally, more efficiently, build and embrace their communities, and yes, make more money. All while living in their purpose + mission, and doing it their way. 

Now my purpose is working with small business owners to create massive impact utilizing the same strategic and legal principles.
The most important thing I learned along the way (and trust me when I say there were LOTS of lessons) was that success didn’t have a secret road map or a password that only the elite and chosen get. NOPE. There was a proven process and method; if you implemented the steps and did the work that needed to be done, your success, whatever that dream may be, can be yours.
